Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the resort to be a mixed experience. The property itself has a lot to offer in terms of amenities and activities, especially for those who love water sports. However, the state of the room we got initially left much to be desired, lacking proper cleanliness and comfort. The dining options were varied but could be pricey, and I had a bad experience with food quality on one occasion. Overall, there's potential here, but improvements are necessary to make it truly enjoyable.
The Okuma Private Beach & Resort offers a stunning location near Yanburu National Park and plenty of recreational activities, but it falls short in key service areas and could use some updates. The breakfast buffet is satisfying, but other dining experiences vary in quality. The rooms are spacious but show signs of age, and the overall service can be inconsistent, especially during busy times.
Okuma Private Beach & Resort offers a unique experience with its beautiful proximity to Yanburu National Park and a plethora of activities like snorkeling and cycling. The complex is vast with various amenities, which I appreciated, although some areas, especially the accommodations, could use a refresh. Dining was enjoyable, but the pricing felt a bit steep sometimes, especially for lunch. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with friendly service that made the trip memorable.
My stay at Okuma Private Beach Resort was quite disappointing. While the room was spacious and ultimately comfortable, many aspects of the service were lacking. I had a rough check-in experience and was surprised by the absence of essential services like room service and laundry. Although the location offered some nice amenities, the inefficiency in service and cleanliness needs significant improvement.
Overall, my stay was quite frustrating, especially considering the anticipation I had for visiting this resort. While the spacious room offered some comfort, the inconsistency in cleanliness and lack of staff engagement significantly impacted my experience. The dining options were nicely diverse, but that was overshadowed by the inconvenience caused by the lack of services. Even though I appreciated the beautiful surroundings, I wouldn't recommend this resort without major improvements.
